Gem Match is a bright, moreish match-three puzzle. Tap a fruity gem and then one right beside it to swap the two — line up three or more of the same fruit in a row or column and they burst in a shower of points, while fresh gems tumble down to fill the gaps. Set it up well and one clear can cascade straight into the next for a big combo. There are only so many moves, though, so it pays to look before you swap.

How to Play

• Tap a gem, then tap a gem right next to it to swap them.
• Make a line of three or more matching fruits to clear them.
• Cleared gems fall away and new ones drop in from the top.
• A swap that doesn't make a match won't count — plan ahead before your moves run out.

Tips & Tricks

• Hunt for the swap that sets off two matches at once rather than just one.
• Clearing gems up top drops new ones down, which can spark combos underneath — aim high.
• Scan the whole board before spending a move; the obvious swap isn't always the best one.
• Rows and columns both count, so look up and down as well as across.
